How are levies calculated and managed across Faircape Life retirement villages?
Faircape Life provides complete levy transparency by capping annual levy increases. Levies increase only in line with CPI (Consumer Price Index) + 1%, protecting residents against unexpected living cost inflation.
What happens to the capital investment when a Life Right terminates?
When a Life Right agreement terminates, the original capital sum invested is refunded to you or your estate, minus a pre-agreed deduction percentage established when the Life Right was initially acquired.
