If you’ve accidentally lost your Faircape clientzone login details (or maybe this is your first time logging in) we can help. It’s actually pretty easy to get back in.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. go to THIS LINK to access your clientzone.
2. Click on where it says “forgot password”
3. Type in the email address where you usually receive your Faircape notices and invoices.
4. Check your emails! Open the email from clientzone and click the long blue link to reset your password:
5. After you click the link, you will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password:
6. You can now log into your clientzone with your new password. If you see the pop-up below, simply click “Do this later”:
You should now be able to see that all of the Faircape services you have activated are highlighted. Simply click on service you want details for and you will easily be able to access everything you need!
